Owners' Open Day - 2 September 2007.

A poor choice of date meant that numbers were down for our open day, with many familiar faces missing. That did not stop us having a great time though - the sun shone down and everyone really enjoyed themselves, us included. The hog roast was completely demolished, with not even a plate of scraps left!

The horses were all immaculately behaved, with the particular star being new horse King Of Diamonds. He is jet black and extremely handsome and we had people queuing up to take shares in him after the parade.

We were pleased to welcome Chuck Harrison and his wife, who are the breeders of recent purchase Russian Angel. Chuck is an ex jockey so knew a number of people. Joan Major and Louise Stoten, alias The Sw1ft Buck Partnership, added to their growing string by purchasing the unnamed yearling filly by Imperial Dancer. Joan was also amongst those taking a share in King of Diamonds.
